개인정보처리방침
1. 수집하는 개인정보
운영자는 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 연락처 등 이용자의 개인정보를 직접 수집하지 않으며, 자체 서버를 운영하지도 않습니다. 회원가입·로그인 기능이 없고, 현장 도구함에 입력한 회사 정보도 운영자나 어떤 서버로도 전송되지 않습니다. 다만 무료판에서는 Google AdMob 광고 SDK가 광고를 제공하기 위해 일부 정보(광고 ID, IP 주소, 기기 정보 등)를 처리합니다(아래 3. 광고 참조). 앱에 포함된 인터넷 관련 권한과 광고 ID 권한은 Google Play 결제 라이브러리와 Google 광고 SDK가 결제·광고 처리를 위해 요구하는 것이며, 앱은 이를 이용해 이용자 정보를 운영자에게 전송하지 않습니다. 광고 SDK와 그 내부 라이브러리는 이 밖에 기본 통신 상태 읽기, 절전 방지, 포그라운드 서비스 같은 일반 권한을 함께 선언합니다. 이 권한들은 Android가 이용자에게 따로 허용을 묻지 않는 종류이며, 앱은 전화번호·통화 기록·연락처·사진·마이크·카메라·정확한 위치에 접근하지 않습니다.
2. 기기 안에만 저장되는 정보
- 게임 진행 상황, 세이브 슬롯과 썸네일, 퀴즈 응답·점수, 결정 연습 응답, 설정(언어·글자 크기·음량 등)
- 현장 도구함에 이용자가 직접 입력한 정보: 회사 정보(회사명·업종·인원 등), 자가진단 응답·증빙 메모와 진단 이력, 90일 실행계획, 점검 기록, 계산 기록, 담아 둔 항목
- 구매 상품 보유 상태(광고 제거·정식판 구매, 프로모션 코드 사용 결과)
- 앱 화면 이동 기록(기기 내 파일, 최대 256KB, 외부 전송 없음)
위 정보는 이용자 기기의 앱 전용 저장소에만 보관되며, 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. 앱은 Android 자동 백업을 사용하지 않으므로 이 정보가 Google 계정의 클라우드 백업에 포함되지 않습니다. 다만 새 기기로 데이터를 직접 옮기는 기기 간 전송 기능은 일부 기기에서 Android 정책에 따라 앱 데이터를 이용자의 새 기기로 함께 옮길 수 있습니다. 운영자는 이 정보에 접근할 수 없습니다.
현장 도구함의 내용(자가진단·실행계획·점검·계산 결과의 내보내기, 전체 데이터의 백업 코드)은 이용자가 복사 버튼을 눌러 클립보드에 복사할 때에만 기기 밖으로 나갈 수 있으며, 앱이 이를 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 처음 복사할 때 민감한 회사 정보가 포함될 수 있다는 안내를 표시하며, 복사한 내용을 어디에 붙여 넣을지는 이용자가 정합니다. 붙여 넣은 뒤의 처리에는 해당 앱·서비스의 정책이 적용됩니다. 백업 코드로 복원할 때는 이용자가 [클립보드에서 붙여넣기]를 누른 경우에만 앱이 클립보드를 읽으며, 읽은 내용은 기기 안에서 검증·적용될 뿐 어디에도 전송되지 않습니다.
3. 광고 (Google AdMob)
모든 챕터는 무료이며, 무료판에는 화면 하단에 Google AdMob 배너 광고가 표시됩니다. 광고를 제공·측정하고 부정 사용을 막기 위해 광고 서비스 제공자인 Google이 광고 ID, IP 주소, 기기 정보(기기 모델·OS 버전·언어 등), 앱 상호작용, 진단 정보(충돌·성능), 대략적인 위치를 처리할 수 있습니다. 이 정보는 Google이 수집하며 운영자는 접근할 수 없습니다. 자세한 내용은 Google 개인정보처리방침을 확인하세요.
- 광고는 무료판에만 표시됩니다. 앱에서 [광고 제거] 또는 [정식판]을 구매하면 광고 요청이 중단됩니다. 시네마틱 장면, 결제 화면, 작가의 말 화면에서는 배너가 숨겨집니다.
- 광고는 하단 배너 한 가지뿐이며, 광고 최대 콘텐츠 등급은 T로 제한합니다.
- EEA(유럽경제지역)·영국·스위스의 이용자에게는 첫 실행 시 Google UMP(사용자 메시지 플랫폼) 동의 양식이 표시됩니다. 동의는 언제든 앱의 [설정 → 광고 개인정보 설정] 버튼으로 바꾸거나 철회할 수 있습니다(동의 양식이 필요한 지역에서만 표시됩니다).
- 광고 ID 재설정·삭제: Android 기기의 [설정 → Google → 광고](기기에 따라 [설정 → 개인정보 보호 → 광고])에서 광고 ID 재설정 또는 광고 ID 삭제를 선택할 수 있으며, 같은 화면에서 맞춤 광고를 해제할 수 있습니다.
4. 결제
광고 제거·정식판·업그레이드 결제와 [작가의 말] 화면의 작가 후원은 Google Play 결제 시스템이 처리합니다. 작가 후원은 자발적인 결제이며 앱의 기능·광고·잠금에는 아무 변화가 없습니다. 결제 수단·청구 정보는 Google이 수집·관리하며 Google 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다. 앱은 구매 여부를 확인하기 위해 Google Play로부터 구매 확인 정보(구매 토큰)를 받아 기기 안에서만 사용합니다.
5. 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁
운영자는 이용자 정보를 직접 수집하지 않으며 판매하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 광고 제공을 위해 Google(AdMob)이 위 3.의 정보를 자체 책임으로 처리하고, 결제는 Google Play가 처리합니다. 이 외의 분석·추적 도구는 사용하지 않습니다.
6. 외부 링크
앱의 [작가의 말], [앱 정보], 결과 화면에는 원작 도서를 판매하는 온라인 서점 등 외부 웹사이트로 가는 버튼이 있습니다. 버튼을 누르면 기기의 브라우저가 열리며, 앱은 이용자가 무엇을 눌렀는지 운영자에게 전송하지 않습니다. 외부 웹사이트에서의 개인정보 처리에는 해당 사이트의 방침이 적용됩니다.
7. 아동의 개인정보
이 앱은 만 13세 이상을 대상으로 하며(광고 최대 등급 T), 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 운영자는 아동을 포함한 누구의 개인정보도 직접 수집하지 않습니다.
8. 이용자의 권리
기기에 저장된 모든 데이터는 앱 삭제 또는 [설정 → 앱 → 저장공간 → 데이터 삭제]로 언제든 지울 수 있습니다. 현장 도구함에 입력한 정보만 지우려면 앱의 [현장 도구함 → 내 데이터 → 전체 삭제]를 이용하세요. 운영자의 서버에는 이용자 정보가 보관되지 않습니다. 광고와 관련된 정보는 위 3.의 광고 ID 재설정·삭제, [광고 개인정보 설정] 동의 변경, Google 계정의 광고 설정으로 관리할 수 있습니다. 개인정보와 관련한 문의·요청은 운영자 Geniuzm(genniuzm@gmail.com)에게 보내 주시면 확인 후 회신합니다.
9. 방침의 변경
내용이 바뀌면 위 공개 주소의 페이지와 앱 업데이트 안내를 통해 시행 7일 전에 알립니다. 앱 안의 방침 본문은 앱 업데이트와 함께 바뀌므로, 두 내용이 다를 때는 공개 주소의 최신본이 우선합니다.
Privacy Policy
1. Personal data we collect
The operator does not directly collect your personal data — no name, e-mail, phone number or contacts — and runs no server of its own. There is no account or login, and company details you enter in the Field Toolkit are not sent to the operator or to any server. However, in the free version the Google AdMob advertising SDK processes some information (advertising ID, IP address, device information, etc.) in order to show ads (see 3. Advertising below). The network and advertising-ID permissions in the app are required by the Google Play Billing library and the Google advertising SDK for payments and ads; the app does not use them to send any user data to the operator. The advertising SDK and its internal libraries also declare a few ordinary permissions (reading the basic phone state, keeping the device awake, running a foreground service). Android does not ask you to grant these, and the app does not access your phone number, call log, contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise location.
2. Data stored only on your device
- Story progress, save slots and thumbnails, quiz answers and scores, decision-drill answers, settings (language, text size, volume, etc.)
- Information you enter yourself in the Field Toolkit: company details (name, industry, headcount, etc.), self-assessment answers, evidence notes and history, 90-day action plans, checklist records, calculation records and saved items
- Which purchases you own (Remove Ads, Full Version, or a promo-code result)
- A local screen-navigation log (on-device file, max 256 KB, never transmitted)
This data stays in the app's private storage on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app. The app opts out of Android Auto Backup, so this data is not included in your Google account's cloud backup. On some devices, however, Android's device-to-device transfer (moving data directly to a new phone) may still copy app data to your new device. The operator cannot access any of it.
Field Toolkit content (exports of self-assessment, plan, checklist and calculator results, and the backup code of all your data) leaves your device only when you tap a copy button to place it on the clipboard, and the app never sends it to any server. The first time you copy, the app reminds you that the text may contain sensitive company information; you decide where to paste it, and the app or service you paste into applies its own policy from then on. When you restore from a backup code, the app reads the clipboard only if you tap "Paste from clipboard"; what it reads is checked and applied on the device and is never transmitted.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
All chapters are free, and the free version shows a Google AdMob banner ad at the bottom of the screen. To serve and measure ads and to prevent abuse, Google, the advertising service provider, may process your advertising ID, IP address, device information (model, OS version, language, etc.), app interactions, diagnostics (crashes and performance) and approximate location. Google collects this information; the operator cannot access it. See the Google Privacy Policy for details.
- Ads appear in the free version only. Buying Remove Ads or the Full Version in the app stops ad requests. The banner is hidden during cinematic scenes, on the purchase screen and on the Author's Note screen.
- The only ad format is the bottom banner, and the maximum ad content rating is limited to T.
- Users in the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland see a Google UMP (User Messaging Platform) consent form on first launch. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the Settings → Ad privacy settings button in the app (shown only in regions where the consent form is required).
- Resetting or deleting your advertising ID: on your Android device, open Settings → Google → Ads (on some devices Settings → Privacy → Ads) and choose Reset advertising ID or Delete advertising ID; you can also turn off ad personalization on the same screen.
4. Payments
Purchases of Remove Ads, the Full Version and the upgrade, and the optional author support on the Author's Note screen, are processed by Google Play Billing. Author support is voluntary and changes nothing in the app (features, ads or locks). Payment and billing information is collected and managed by Google under the Google Privacy Policy. The app receives a purchase confirmation (purchase token) from Google Play and uses it on-device only to verify ownership.
5. Sharing and processors
The operator does not directly collect your information and does not sell it or provide it to third parties. To serve ads, Google (AdMob) processes the information described in section 3 under its own responsibility, and Google Play processes payments. The app uses no other analytics or tracking tools.
6. External links
The Author's Note, About and results screens have buttons that lead to outside websites, such as online bookstores selling the original book. Tapping one opens your device's browser; the app does not report what you tapped to the operator. The outside website's own policy applies to anything you do there.
7. Children
The app is intended for users aged 13 and over (maximum ad rating T) and is not directed to children under 13. The operator does not directly collect personal data from anyone, including children.
8. Your rights
You can delete all on-device data at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing its storage in Android settings. To delete only what you entered in the Field Toolkit, use Field Toolkit → My Data → Delete All in the app. The operator stores no user data on any server. Ad-related information can be managed by resetting or deleting your advertising ID, changing your consent with Ad privacy settings (section 3), or using the ad settings of your Google Account. 9. Changes
We will announce changes on the public page above and in an app update at least 7 days before they take effect. The copy inside the app changes with app updates, so if the two differ, the latest version at the public address prevails.
